How do I know my order has been shipped and how can I track my order?
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once your order is being processed, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation.
Estimated transit times for UK orders:
Royal Mail First Class: 1- 3 working days
DPD: 2-5 working days
Royal Mail First Class Recorded: 1-3 working days
Please allow 7 working days for delivery during busy times to cover dispatch time and transit times.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Unicorn Lashes offers international shipping to an extensive list of countries that the DPD postal Service can ship to. All international shipping rates will be calculated at time of checkout.
Estimated transit times for international orders:
Royal Mail Internatonal Standard: 7-28 Days.
DPD Direct Mail: 7 working Days.
Certain countries are only offered a Signed for service (China, Mexico and others) Your parcel number will begin with RZ this means the item is not trackable but a signed service that we get conformation upon delivery, this service can take 28 days.
*These are estimated transit times given to us by the courier however, they are not guaranteed. Orders typically arrive as scheduled, however some orders do get delayed either at the post office or at your country’s customs location (varies by country).
- Before placing your order with us please ensure your address is in full English including a house name/number and zip code.
- When entering your address it is your sole responsibility that is is correct and in full as no adjustments can be made ONCE shipped. We are not responsible for orders that go missing due to an incorrect address.
*Please bear in mind we are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or delayed shipments. Customers will need to open a case with the local carrier to open an investigation and if necessary make a claim. Unfortunately if an item is returned to us because of failure to deliver due to customer absence or failure to collect/arrange re delivery a shipping charge will be issued again if the item needs to be resent.
- If an item is damaged or an incorrect has been received please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will resolve this as quickly as possible. Please include pictures and your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org
